The Oberzwieselau Golf Course has the loveliest landscape in all Germany. Beside the 400 year old avenue of trees, there is also the spacious clubhouse. It is harmoniously situated in the middle of the 18 hole championship course, near the Oberzwieselau chateau. The golf course has been set out on the perfect basis of 100 hectares of landscape. Previously, the area, originally in the ownership and management of Graf Mellin-Wolffersdorff, was used for agriculture and forestry or as a park. Natural hazards in the form of ancient deciduous trees, rushing streams and still pools, give each hole its own beauty and individual appeal. Because of the generous size of the course, tee off problems are almost unheard of and the booking of start times is therefore not necessary.
